Darlene is a Canadian with a strong and diverse background in business and customer relations.  Her expertise includes production and quality control, human resources, contract negotiating, employee relations, job implementation, customer services and all  aspects of accounting. She pioneered as the first woman in the heavy construction field in Canada and also owned an award winning Custom Design Homebuilding company. In 1988 Darlene became the first female member of Rotary International paving the way for women in Rotary today. Darlene is also a certified facilitator for Time Management and Personal Excellence with the Pacific Institute.

Darlene began her career with Unicity in 1993 and achieved the rank of Presidential Director in 1998. She is a driving force with this company in Canada and the Northern United States.

Today combined with a keen understanding of Nutrition, strong caring interpersonal skills, clear vision of marketing strategies and established business expertise, she is moving forward with a New Business Plan, leading edge research, and cutting edge products.
